Job Summary

As a Business Performance Manager at JLL Work Dynamics you will drive data‑driven decision‑making while providing strategic business management support across the Global Account operations. You will analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize our Project Development services. This role requires oversight across all business areas while working closely with leadership, operational teams and clients to improve efficiency, enhance satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Analysis & Business Intelligence
  • Collect, analyze and interpret complex data sets related to project development and account performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency.
  • Identify trends, patterns and anomalies in performance data to generate actionable insights for leadership.
  • Support the development of predictive models to forecast future performance and resource needs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and benchmarking against industry standards.
Strategic Business Management
  • Provide oversight across relevant business areas, identifying opportunities to streamline strategic and operational practices.
  • Lead PMO for operational initiatives that improve efficiencies, engagement and collaboration.
  • Support implementation of business plans across the account.
  • Participate in business planning and review processes.
  • Share best practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Execute special projects as directed by or on behalf of the Global Account Director.
  • Attend leadership meetings to identify actions and opportunities for streamlining.
Client Engagement
  • Manage business leaders’ client engagement strategy and activities.
  • Review executive sponsor client objectives and feedback to provide insights.
  • Maintain oversight of client feedback and support development of action plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to support prospective client engagement.
  • Assist in preparation of client‑facing reports and presentations on performance metrics.
People Engagement
  • Partner with HR to support and promote people‑related initiatives.
  • Drive people survey follow‑up actions and communication.
  • Ensure input and promotion of employee recognition programs.
  • Support talent reviews and succession planning processes.
  • Promote career mobility within JLL.
Leadership Support & Coordination
  • Work closely with Executive Assistants to ensure meeting preparation and follow‑up.
  • Review upcoming meetings to ensure business leaders have necessary information, agendas and objectives.
  • Determine priorities and identify opportunities to simplify.
  • Support cross‑functional collaboration to implement data‑driven improvements.
Marketing & Communications
  • Collaborate with internal communications director on internal/external communications plans.
  • Support leadership input into presentations, reports and communication materials.
  • Promote One JLL storytelling by identifying, capturing and sharing success stories.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics or related field.
  • 7‑10 years of experience in performance analysis and/or business management, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software.
  • Advanced Excel and SharePoint skills and experience with database management systems.
  • Knowledge of project development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to present complex data clearly.
  • Experience with predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams and functions.
