• Works under general direction.
• Programs and applies GIS database and spreadsheet software for GIS design, mapping, and analysis.
• Independently contributes to the design of databases and compiles GIS data.
• May evaluate commercial GIS applications for internal use and client deliverables.
• Independently performs most assignments with guidance on general results.
• Receives technical guidance on unusual problems and approval on project plans.
