Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage and Prepare sales and Business development plan and strategy
  • Manage all sales and business development activities
  • Manage and drive revenues from the assigned markets across the entire opportunity management cycle
  • Manage the sales cycle responsibility from cold calling to negotiating and closing the final deal
  • Lead and monitor Salesforce Management
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met
  • Ensure building and maintaining effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the projects are carried out according to client expectations within the parameters of the terms of contract
  • Manage Prospecting and Lead Generation of Clients
  • Ability to apply strong sales disciplines in leads generation and sales funnel management
  • Achieve booking, revenue & margin targets
  • Follow-up with current existing customers and explore opportunities for further business growth
  • Responsible of Bidding Management
  • Manage and Review all solution and ensure compliance and readiness to submission
  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by managing the sales team to achieve them
  • Manage sales with focus on maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable and consistent basis, accurately forecast annual, quarterly revenue streams and actively manage all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Implement and lead sales promotions as a part of market development effort
  • Manage Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Lead and monitor for all Client Management processes
  • Identify, observe and of various Market segment
  • Ensure a good knowledge of Information, understanding and trend analysis of the Industry
  • Proactively identify and recognize the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Maintain database by keeping accurate, up-to-date records and by continually adding new contact information
  • Contribute towards service delivery levels in accordance with the customers
  • Plan, oversee and explore new marketing initiatives and opportunities in the vertical market, set targets and objectives
  • Project launch, migrations and process improvements
  • Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets
  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information
  • Perform any other duties assigned to by line manager related to the nature of the work
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Master degree is a plus
  • Relevant Professional Certification (PMP etc ) is a plus
Experience & Skills
  • 12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or any related field
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
