Overview

A key government ministry in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned communication leader to head its General Department of Corporate Communication. This strategic role will oversee all internal and external communication efforts, ensuring alignment with ministerial directives and enhancing the ministry’s public image.

Responsibilities

The General Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive corporate communication strategy, managing media relations and crisis communication, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments, external stakeholders, and media organizations to drive impactful communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities include leading the development of communication policies and procedures, supervising content creation across digital and traditional media, monitoring departmental performance, and fostering innovation and excellence within the communication team. The role also includes managing stakeholder engagement, overseeing visual identity compliance, and ensuring effective internal communication systems.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 13 years of experience in corporate communication, including at least 5 years in executive leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, media relations, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement.
