Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in automotive after-sales.
  • Strong knowledge in customer service, management, sales, HR, and strategic planning.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the vision for After Sales Services aligned with company goals.
  • Develop short, mid, and long-term strategic action plans.
  • Drive performance through KPIs and Hoshin Kanri execution.
  • Lead improvement initiatives in collaboration with retail and TMC.
  • Build second-tier leadership and succession plans.
  • Conduct KAIZEN discussions and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee operational frameworks and SOPs for efficiency.
  • Mentor and develop associates across service divisions.
