Job Summary

One of our clients in Riyadh is looking for General Manager or Head of Sales (Calibration & repair)

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the calibration, repair, and trading business. Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery of repair and calibration services. Maintain operational standards for equipment handling, calibration accuracy, and technical safety.
  • Business Development & Service Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand repair, calibration, and trading services. Explore new industrial products/equipment for trading aligned with current technical expertise. Launch and manage online trading/e‑commerce platform to sell products directly to clients in KSA and the GCC. Develop strategies to increase revenue streams from both services and online trading.
  • Financial & Administrative Oversight: Responsible for P&L, budgeting, and cost control. Implement reporting systems for operations, trading revenue, and service performance. Ensure compliance with KSA regulations for trading and industrial services.
  • Strategic Growth & Compliance: Transition from owner‑managed operations to professional management. Maintain compliance with ISO, Saudi Standards, and industry regulations for repair and calibration services. Introduce digital sales channels, CRM systems, and marketing strategies for online trading growth.
