Adecco is hiring a General Manager for our prestigious client in Riyadh.
Seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee our home appliances distribution business, covering two core verticals:
- B2B Sales and distribution of home appliances across multiple partner brands and channels.
- Nationwide Service Centers delivering professional after-sales support for home and domestic appliances.
About You
- Bilingual in English and Arabic.
- 15+ years of experience in the home appliances industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in leading B2B sales teams and after-sales service operations.
- Strong business and commercial acumen with a focus on strategic growth and profitability.
- Familiarity with the Saudi market is preferred; experience in the GCC or broader MENA region is a plus.
- Strong network and knowledge of the home appliances distribution landscape.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic & Business Leadership
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow market share and profitability across both segments.
- Drive synergies between the B2B sales and after-sales service divisions to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channel expansions.
Sales Management
- Oversee the B2B home appliances sales segment through direct leadership of National Sales Managers.
- Monitor and optimize sales performance, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
- Ensure alignment with brand partners and compliance with contractual agreements.
After-Sales Service Management
- Lead the nationwide Service Center network through the Head of Service Center Business.
- Improve service quality, reduce turnaround times, and enhance customer experience.
- Implement best practices in service operations, parts management.
People & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams across sales and service operations.
- Foster a results-driven and collaborative work culture.
- Establish KPIs, performance standards, and incentive structures aligned with business goals.
Operational & Financial Oversight
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability for both business segments.
- Analyze business metrics and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Ensure operational excellence and cost optimization.
