  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and maximize profitability
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and superior customer experiences
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across all departments
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase market share and revenue
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and local authorities
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager, preferably in a luxury or premium hospitality setting

  • Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and driving financial performance
  • Strong knowledge of rooms, sales & marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, and food & beverage services
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate a dynamic team
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and implementing performance-driven initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and generating actionable insights
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business practices and culture is advantageous
  • Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia
