Function: Full P&L Ownership + Growth Leadership

Reports to: Group CBO / CEO

Role Mission

Lead RYM’s growth and operational excellence across the GCC by scaling supply (equipment owners) and demand (contractors)

Business Growth & Commercial Leadership

• Own strategy, market expansion and full P&L profitability
• Build and lead sales, vendor acquisition and operations teams
• Scale supply: contractors, equipment owners, dealers, OEMs
• Expand demand: construction companies, megaprojects, gov’t tenders
• Drive pricing models, commission tiers, asset-utilization metrics

Operations & Product

• Improve fulfillment rates, downtime reduction, service guarantees
• Partner with product team to enhance: Digital booking, tracking, Verification & safety compliance
• Build strong vendor SLAs and contractor service standards

Partnership & Ecosystem

• Strategic alliances with logistics, insurance, maintenance providers
• Represent RYM with regulators, industrial zones, EPCs, and contractors

People & Culture

• Hire, train and retain high-performing teams in multiple markets
• Leadership presence with execution mindset
