Job Purpose:

To provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office functioning, including

handling utilities, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting with general business support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general administrative tasks, filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Support utility management and coordination with service providers.
  • Coordinate with banks for account opening and related administrative requirements.
  • Assist IT team with basic coordination and support activities.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and internal bookings.
  • Handle travel-related arrangements such as ticket booking.
  • Provide support in company events, staff requirements, and office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
