A luxury hotel brand is seeking a GEM Manager to oversee the Guest Experience department. The role involves ensuring exceptional service delivery in accordance with brand standards, managing operations efficiently, and collaborating with various hotel departments. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and have at least three years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels. Fluency in English is required for this position.

As GEM Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Guest Experience department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.
