Job summary

A leading heavy equipment rental firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Head of Sales to drive supply and demand onboarding. The ideal candidate will lead a sales team, ensure the onboarding of equipment owners, and build relationships with key accounts. A minimum of 5 years in heavy equipment or B2B construction services is required, along with strong negotiation skills and a robust network in the GCC. Fluent Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in heavy equipment rental, construction machinery, or B2B construction services.
  • Strong network in contracting & EPC sectors.
  • Proven record of beating sales quotas in GCC.
  • Hands-on leader, field-driven, tough negotiator.
  • Fluent Arabic preferred; strong English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale sales team for acquisition and account management.
  • Ensure consistent onboarding of equipment owners and contractors.
  • Create a hunter-style pipeline for large B2B industrial clients.
  • Hit aggressive monthly GMV and revenue targets.
  • Build relationships with key accounts.
