The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience with Microsoft Office, a high school diploma, and the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends. The position involves supervising instructor training, improving learning effectiveness, and supporting operational needs. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Capable of standing or walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute training for all process paths in the Fulfilment Center.
• Act as a supervisor for Instructors and Peer Trainers.
• Deliver and coach Instructor training according to MENA standards.
