Oversee daily guest services, manage front desk staff, and ensure operational excellence. Supervise guest check‑ins, reservations, and coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless experience. Candidates should have 3‑5 years of leadership in a luxury hotel, strong communication skills in Arabic and English, and proficiency in hotel management systems. Saudi nationality is mandatory for this position.
