Role

We are seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused professional to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills who can represent our organization with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
  • Welcome and register all visitors according to security protocols
  • Answer multi-line phone system professionally
  • Track visitor arrivals and coordinate with hosts
  • Issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs
Meeting Room Support
  • Schedule and manage conference room bookings
  • Conduct daily room inspections and report maintenance issues
  • Coordinate room setups and catering arrangements
  • Provide basic audio-visual equipment support
Administrative Support
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Manage printing and binding requests
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
  • Procure and distribute office supplies
Additional Duties
  • Support building services and FM teams as needed
  • Maintain parking logs (where applicable)
  • Follow security protocols and report issues
  • Participate in training and development opportunities
Experience

Minimum 2-3 years front-of-house, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
