  • Proudly promote hotel facilities and enhance guests’ stays.

Job Description

  • Prepare and submit daily night audit reports to management.
  • Responsible for check-in/out process, collecting payment and settling accounts as per standards, as well as taking and entering restaurant take away orders
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
  • Follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures, as well as health & safety protocols
