About the Role
Join our pre-opening Front Office team as Front Desk Receptionist at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be among the first to welcome guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, while supporting both pre-opening preparations and daily operations.
What You Will Do
Assist with pre-opening tasks including system setup, guest database creation, and front desk procedures development.
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and professionalism.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, providing personalized service and local recommendations.
Maintain accurate guest profiles and ensure correct billing and posting of charges.
Collaborate with Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments to meet guest expectations.
Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and care.
Support daily reporting and shift handover processes.
Act as a brand ambassador for Four Seasons, embodying service excellence at every interaction.
What You Bring
Previous experience in front desk, guest services, or luxury hospitality preferred.
Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and guest relations skills.
Professional appearance and commitment to service excellence.
Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera preferred).
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
