Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fragrances, beauty, cosmetics, or retail.
• Strong understanding of KSA/UAE B2B landscape.
• Proven experience achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Identify and onboard new corporate clients, distributors, and channel partners.
• Manage key accounts and maintain long-term strong relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and proposals.
• Analyze market trends in fragrances, beauty and retail to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
