Core Manufacturing Activities

The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:

• Precast concrete products and architectural elements
• Electrical construction activities: overseeing and coordinating electrical construction, ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and functionality of electrical systems within the villas.

Key Accountability Areas

• Team Supervision and Leadership: Lead and support electrical teams, including electricians and apprentices. Assign tasks based on skills and project needs for efficient workflow.
• Project Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and trades to plan electrical work aligned with timelines. Communicate with clients and stakeholders about project progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Technical Expertise and Compliance: Interpret blueprints and specifications to define the scope of electrical work. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
• Material and Budget Management: Coordinate procurement of electrical materials and ensure availability.
• Inspection and Troubleshooting: Oversee testing and inspection of electrical systems for compliance. Assist in troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and inspections.

Role Accountability

• Training subordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate sub‑ordinates in each respective assignment.
• Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates.
