We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Food Safety Officer to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and compliance across our operations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring food safety systems, training staff, and continuously improving procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
 
- Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP, ISO 22000, and related food safety systems.
 
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
 
- Follow up on corrective actions and preventive measures.
 
- Supervise cleaning, storage, and handling procedures in production areas.
 
- Provide regular training sessions for employees on hygiene and safety practices.
 
- Collaborate with kitchen, logistics, and quality teams to solve safety or quality issues.
 
- Prepare reports and recommendations to maintain and enhance safety standards.
 
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, or equivalent.
 
- Preferably with previous experience in the food industry or quality control.
 
- Certified in HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent food safety systems.
 
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
 
- Attention to detail and high commitment to compliance.
 
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
