Job summary

A luxury hospitality group in the Makkah Region seeks a candidate to manage food & beverage operations. The role requires assisting in quality control, handling guest correspondence, and ensuring department efficiency. Job description
  • Assist in controlling and analyzing quality levels of products and service, Guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing food and beverage correspondence including guest's feedback promptly and accurately.
  • Administer all mail going in and out of the F&B Admin office.
  • Assist in the F&B planning process, communication and potential documentation/records management.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department by ensuring coordination, administration and communication functions of the department.
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards and policies.
  • Supervise small events as required.
  • Establish and maintain effective Employee relations.
  • Develop formal training plans and conduct on‑the‑job training sessions for Food & Beverage Department employees.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage Departmental meetings.
  • Inform the Food & Beverage Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters.
Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have a degree in the hospitality field with a maximum of one‑year experience in a similar role. You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English/French and a wide familiarity with Micros would be desirable. Previous experiences in minor leadership and supervisory roles are a definite plus.
