Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and professional service to guests across various F&B outlets (e.g., restaurant, bar, in-room dining, events).
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve in a timely manner.
• Set up and clear tables or service stations as required.
• Assist with buffet or event setups and breakdowns.
• Support bar operations including beverage preparation and service (if trained).
• Deliver in-room dining orders and handle guest requests promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all service areas.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills
