- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve in a timely manner.
- Set up and clear tables or service stations as required.
- Assist with buffet or event setups and breakdowns.
- Support bar operations including beverage preparation and service (if trained).
- Deliver in-room dining orders and handle guest requests promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all service areas.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
- Multi-outlet or cross-training experience is an advantage.
