The Fleet Sales Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily activities of the fleet sales operation, providing guidance to the fleet sales team to achieve fleet sales targets; implementing sales strategies through actionable sales objectives, training sales personnel, and maintaining client relationships to boost retention and satisfaction; monitoring team performance, offering coaching and developmental support, and ensuring compliance with sales processes and company policies.
Fleet Sales Strategic Planning
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and plans based on historical sales data, market conditions, and economic indicators employing forecasting models tailored to fleet sales dynamics.
- Conduct detailed analyses of the automotive fleet market to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats using data from industry reports and market research tools.
- Create competitive pricing strategies for fleet sales, considering factors such as volume discounts, contract length, and total cost of ownership for fleet clients.
- Implement client segmentation strategies to tailor sales approaches according to the size of the fleet, industry type, and purchasing behavior.
- Identify and develop optimal sales channels for reaching target fleet clients, including direct sales, digital platforms, and broker networks.
- Position Stellantis vehicles effectively within the fleet market, highlighting features and benefits particularly relevant to commercial users.
- Develop strategies for negotiating sales contracts that maximize profit while meeting client needs. Focus on terms, warranties, and service agreements.
- Leverage technology to enhance fleet sales processes, including CRM systems and data analytics platforms to manage client interactions and sales tracking.

Fleet Sales Operation
- Supervise day-to-day fleet sales operation working closely with fleet customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all fleet sales set targets are achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in line with Stellantis sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics to monitor the efficiency of fleet sales operations.
- Supervise the management of fleet vehicle inventory to align with sales forecasts and client orders.
- Supervise onboarding of new fleet clients, ensuring smooth relationship and clear communication of terms and services.
- Ensure all fleet sales activities comply with local and international regulations affecting vehicle sales, leasing, and operations.
- Prepare fleet sales reports and analysis and share with the GM – Fleet Sales on a regular basis.
Customer Relationship Engagement
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key brokers in the automotive sector to expand sales reach and penetration.
- Implement systems to monitor and evaluate fleet performance, ensuring alignment with Stellantis’s sales goals and standards.
- Develop comprehensive training programs to ensure they are knowledgeable about Stellantis products and sales policies.
- Design incentive programs that motivate brokers to prioritize Stellantis vehicles in their offerings to clients.
- Supervise the drafting and management of broker contracts to ensure compliance and protect Stellantis’s interests.
- Establish clear processes for resolving disputes between Stellantis and brokers efficiently and fairly.
- Utilize broker networks to gather market intelligence and client feedback, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- Encourage the use of digital tools and platforms among brokers to enhance sales efficiency and customer engagement.
Product Knowledge and Specification Expertise
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Stellantis vehicle specifications, especially those critical to fleet clients, such as durability and total cost of ownership.
- Understand and communicate available customization options for fleet vehicles to meet specific client needs.
- Stay updated with technical updates and modifications in Stellantis fleet models, ensuring accurate information dissemination.
- Provide expert consultation to clients regarding vehicle selection and configuration based on their specific operational needs.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
Professional Certifications
Certified Fleet Manager (CFM) preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet sales management or related field
