Job description

Fleet Management: Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure the fleet effectively meets business needs.

Maintenance and Repairs: Schedule routine maintenance, monitor repairs to minimize downtime, and collaborate with workshops and suppliers.

Performance and Cost Monitoring: Track fuel consumption and operating costs, and prepare periodic reports for management on key performance indicators and budget.

Driver Supervision: Manage driver assignments, provide safety and compliance training, and evaluate driver performance.

Safety and Compliance: Develop and enforce safety policies, and ensure adherence to traffic laws, local regulations, and environmental standards.

Logistics Planning: Optimize fleet utilization and route planning for efficiency and cost reduction.

Financial Management: Manage fleet budgets and ensure compliance with cost-related regulations.

Document Management: Maintain records of insurance, licenses, and permits.
