Ninja is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Controller to oversee the management of our fleet operations. The Fleet Controller will play a key role in optimizing fleet performance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing fleet-related budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage fleet activities, ensuring optimal vehicle utilization and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs
  • Conduct regular audits on fleet operational costs and implement strategies for cost reduction
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards in fleet operations
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and service providers for fleet maintenance and repairs
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for fleet management
  • Analyze fleet performance metrics and prepare reports for management to assist in decision‑making
  • Oversee the scheduling and routing of deliveries to optimize delivery efficiency
