Job description

• Oversee and manage architectural projects from design through to final handover.
• Supervise the full execution phase, with a particular focus on interior finishing works (flooring, ceilings, painting, carpentry, gypsum works, HVAC, lighting, etc.).
• Review and verify shop drawings and ensure compliance with architectural and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and material suppliers to ensure timely and budget-aligned project execution.
• Ensure high-quality standards and adherence to approved materials and workmanship.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for senior management.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven 8–15 years of experience in architectural project management within construction companies.
• In-depth knowledge of all interior finishing disciplines and execution processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
