- Lead financial analysis, cash flow management, and investment evaluation to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Manage a high‑performing finance team, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, sales, procurement) to align financial plans with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and financial software skills (Excel, ERP).
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English required.
- Experience with GCC regulations and working in Saudi Arabia highly desirable.
