Ideal Candidate

Ideal Candidate is a solid Financial Modelling Expert, ideally (but not exclusively) ex Consultant

Tasks / Activities assigned

• Build robust, scalable financial models (3-statement models, DCF, NPV / IRR, scenario models)
• Structure models with clear logic, assumptions, and sensitivity toggles
• Translate business ideas, initiatives, or investments into structured business cases
• Define baseline assumptions : CAPEX, OPEX, revenues, pricing, churn, volumes, market growth
• Assess ROI, payback period, EBITDA impact, cash flow profile, and value creation levers
• Build multi-scenario projections (base, optimistic, pessimistic)
• Analyze financial risks and quantify impacts on profitability and cash flows
• Identify key drivers that most affect sustainability of the business cases
• Perform valuation analyses using DCF, Comparable company analysis, Transaction multiples
• Present results to senior stakeholders, PMO, CFO, board members

Requirements of the position

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
• 3–8 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity / Venture Capital, Strategic Planning or PMO with strong financial focus
• Deep mastery of 3-statement models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), DCF, NPV, IRR, payback calculations
• Excel (advanced mandatory), PowerPoint for executive business case presentations
• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, and ability to translate business initiatives into financial impact
• Strong quantitative mindset
• Excellent communication and synthesis capabilities
• Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• English (fluent) for international market research
• Arabic is a plus
