As our Financial Analyst, you'll ensure healthy cash flow through disciplined Account Receivable management while providing the gross profit analysis and forecasting that guides executive strategy. You'll work cross-functionally with sales and operations, turning financial data into clear recommendations that impact the bottom line.

Our scope of work encompasses detailed consultation, custom kitchen design, and full engineering services. We specialize in the supply and installation of complete commercial kitchen equipment packages, including cold-rooms, water filtration systems, and custom stainless-steel fabrications. Our technical team handles all aspects of installation, testing, and commissioning of commercial kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance. With end-to-end project management capabilities, we deliver turnkey commercial kitchen solutions that meet the exacting standards of high-end hospitality establishments, handling everything from initial planning through final implementation

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Management

  • Manage the complete AR cycle: invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and credit control
  • Monitor ageing reports and maintain overdue balances within approved limits
  • Coordinate with customers and sales teams to resolve outstanding payments

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly gross profit analysis and identify margin improvement opportunities
  • Lead weekly GP review meetings with business units
  • Develop sales performance reports, commission calculations, collection forecasts, and KPI dashboards
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes
  • Analyze cost trends and provide data-driven recommendations to management
  • Monitor business KPIs and track progress against targets

Systems & Process Management

  • Resolve ERP errors related to receivables and sales orders
  • Develop custom reports to improve financial visibility
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all AR transactions

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in accounting/finance with strong Accounts Receivable experience
  • Data Presentation & Visualization: Proven ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, impactful visual summaries (charts, dashboards) for executive audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP)
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Strong financial analysis and Gross Profit (GP) reporting capabilities
  • Excellent communication in English and Arabic
  • Knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles
