Job summary

A leading mining and mineral company in the Riyadh Region is seeking a Finance Technology Leader to oversee financial systems development and automation. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in finance systems and a strong background in leadership and stakeholder engagement. This role also involves managing financial planning systems and driving innovation within the finance organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance systems, financial planning & analysis, or business process improvement.
• Prior leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with financial planning systems such as Anaplan, Hyperion, or SAP BPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Technology function and financial process automation.
• Manage the design, implementation, and improvement of financial planning systems.
• Oversee the identification and automation of manual finance processes.
• Provide guidance to the Planning Systems Specialist and Process Automation Specialist.
• Collaborate with finance teams to meet evolving needs.
