Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the manufacturing or plastic industry.
• Proficiency in SAP (preferably SAP FICO module) and experience with financial system implementations and upgrades.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Monitor and manage manufacturing costs to optimize the company’s cost structure.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team.
