As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management to ensure the company’s financial health. You will lead the finance team, provide strategic financial insights to management, ensure compliance with regulations, and support decision-making for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Accountabilities

• Developing and managing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business objectives.
• Monitoring cash flow, investments, and financial performance to ensure liquidity and profitability.
• Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with Saudi financial regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Managing relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Establishing internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Providing financial insights to support real estate project feasibility studies and investment decisions.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team to enhance efficiency and performance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
• 8–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and analysis within real estate, construction, or related industries.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel advanced level required).
• Deep knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, taxation, and IFRS standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
