DoubleTree by Hilton Jeddah Al Nadha is opening in the very near future. We are selecting the Core Management Team, including the role of Finance Manager. The role aims to be a trusted advisor, communicating with impact to all stakeholders, ensuring a robust control and compliance environment. You will partner with our business to maximize profit for shareholders and owners and support the finance leader to innovate and deliver an industry‑leading efficient finance organization.

Responsibilities

As Finance Manager you will be accountable for the hotel in respect to understanding and driving financial performance and performing all finance activities in compliance with policy, regulatory and contractual framework. You will be a business partner with the General Manager and develop working relationships with stakeholders across the hotel, owners, and regional operations finance.

  • Analyze large volumes of complex financial information, create reports, forecasts, and projections.
  • Use strong problem‑solving skills to address issues collaboratively.
  • Proactively identify and prevent potential problems, and develop problem‑solving skills among direct reports and team members.
  • Take initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement necessary actions for team fulfilment.
  • Manage and develop staff, ensuring detail orientation and organization.
  • Develop and present presentations to all levels of the company, hotels & owners.
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels of management and external customers.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and quickly learn new programs.
Key Responsibilities for Hotel Pre‑Opening Leaders
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources; manage construction, procurement, and vendor coordination; ensure compliance.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute pre‑opening plans; set priorities, anticipate challenges, and establish operational workflows.
  • Operational Readiness: Ensure all departments are prepared, coordinate training and brand standards implementation.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and train staff; foster collaboration and maintain team focus under pressure.
  • Financial Management: Manage pre‑opening budgets; monitor forecasts; negotiate vendor contracts and control costs.
  • Brand Standards: Ensure consistency in design, service, and operations aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Problem‑Solving: Address unexpected issues quickly; manage risks and maintain safety compliance.
  • Attention to Detail: Oversee final construction, design, and furnishing; ensure operational processes meet quality standards.
  • Communication: Maintain updates with owners, investors, stakeholders; represent project in pre‑opening events.
  • Adaptability: Adjust plans as needed; remain resilient under fast‑paced conditions.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure guest experience remains the top priority from day one.
