Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 years' total experience in finance.
• At least 5 years' experience in a managerial role leading finance teams.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, compliance, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the financial operations of the Agri Business Divisions.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local tax regulations.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and liquidity.
