Exceptional leadership and people management skills with solid business acumen are essential.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, annual statements; analyze trends, variances, and cost opportunities; provide actionable insights to management.
Financial Planning & Strategy: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning; develop strategies aligned with business goals; evaluate investments and risk.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Mentor finance team; collaborate with cross-functional teams; influence stakeholders.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, corporate policies, tax laws, Zakat, VAT, and robust internal controls.
