Globe 24-7 in partnership with a key client are working together to source experienced and qualified Arabic Finance Manager for their office in Jeddah.
Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Manage all finance and accounting functions for the company’s KSA operations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and Saudi financial regulations.
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Payroll Management
- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing for all KSA employees.
- Ensure payroll compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and coordinate with HR on employee changes, benefits, and terminations.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Accounting Records – KSA Format
- Maintain and manage financial records in accordance with KSA statutory requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and retention of financial records in the required KSA format.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control
- Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process for KSA operations.
- Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
- Support project and exploration cost tracking, control, and reporting.
- Provide financial forecasts and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial transactions.
- Monitor working capital and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Oversee payments to suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Implement financial risk management and internal controls.
Liaison with Parent Company
- Act as the primary finance contact between the KSA entity and the parent company.
- Provide regular financial updates, reports, and analyses to the parent company finance team.
- Align local financial practices with group policies and reporting requirements.
- Support group consolidation and audit processes as required.
Support for Potential Joint Venture (JV) Company
- Support financial planning and structuring for a potential JV company in KSA.
- Assist in setting up financial systems, policies, and reporting frameworks for the JV.
- Liaise with parent company finance managers regarding JV financial operations, budgeting, and governance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations related to JV feasibility and performance.
The Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Arabic speaking
Experience
- 2–5 years financial experience
- Experience in mining, construction, or heavy industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in payroll management, statutory reporting, and financial controls.
