A leading consultancy firm in Jeddah seeks a Financial Manager to oversee financial strategies, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in finance, 5+ years of experience, and strong skills in financial analysis. Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential. This position offers a full-time opportunity to lead financial operations in the Makkah Region.
Assist in the development of the company’s financial strategies, forecasts and budgets.
Perform financial analysis to support decision-making including trend analysis, margin analysis, cost control and profitability reviews.
Provide reports on financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership and the board.
Monitor and analyze financial results to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate policies.
Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process to ensure the company meets regulatory requirements.
Assist with the preparation of year-end financial reports and other regulatory filings.
Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure operational needs are met including working capital.
Support decision-making through financial planning, cost-benefit analysis and scenario planning.
Collaborate with other departments to drive cost efficiencies and operational improvements.
Provide financial insights to assist in strategic planning, pricing models and long-term business forecasting.
Help build a strong financial culture within the company that encourages transparency, accountability and growth.
Identify financial and operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a balanced approach to risk and reward.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
57 years of progressive experience in financial management.
Understanding of corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting and analysis.
Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting and financial software tools (e.g. ERP systems, Excel).
Knowledge of tax regulations, corporate governance and risk management.
Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across various functions and levels of the organization.
Proficient in English & Arabic and already based in KSA.
