We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager with a strong background in SAP systems and a deep understanding of the plastic manufacturing industry. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and contributing to the overall financial strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management for decision‑making.
  • Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Manage and oversee all financial transactions in SAP, ensuring accurate data entry and system configuration.
  • Utilize SAP for financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure SAP configurations are aligned with business requirements and financial reporting needs.
Cost Management
  • Monitor and manage manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labour, and overhead, to optimize the company’s cost structure.
  • Ensure accurate allocation of costs related to the plastic manufacturing process, including direct and indirect costs.
  • Work with production and operations teams to develop and analyse cost‑saving initiatives.
Compliance & Internal Controls
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, financial standards, and internal controls.
  • Lead the preparation and coordination of audits (both internal and external).
  • Develop and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
Strategic Financial Planning
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support the development and execution of the company's long‑term strategy.
  • Advise senior management on financial implications of strategic decisions and new business opportunities in the plastic industry.
  • Assist in capital expenditure planning and investment analysis.
Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge in financial operations and SAP systems.
Requirements
Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. A master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.

Experience
  • Minimum of 5‑7 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the manufacturing or plastic industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP (preferably SAP FICO module) and experience with financial system implementations and upgrades.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
