Overview

Finance Director, FP&A - Saudi Arabia & Bahrain for Marsh McLennan. Location: Flexible - Dubai, UAE or Riyadh, KSA with bi-monthly travel to Riyadh. Marsh McLennan is seeking a high-caliber Finance Director to lead Financial Planning & Analysis across Marsh Saudi, Bahrain, and MMC Middle East. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, performance insights, and commercial decision-making across the region.

What makes you stand out

15+ years of finance experience, with a track record in insurance or financial services. Professional certification is mandatory: CFA, CPA, CA, or ACCA (SOCPA preferred; CMA not applicable). Experience reporting to international headquarters (London or Singapore ideal). Proven leadership in strategic financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis. Strong commercial mindset and business partnership skills. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities. Comfortable working in dynamic, high-performance environments with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and MMC Middle East
  • Deliver high-impact financial insights to support business decision-making
  • Manage and develop a direct report in Bahrain; support wider regional financial operations
  • Partner with senior leadership across operations, FP&A, and controllership functions
  • Implement process improvements and ensure alignment with global standards
  • Support due diligence activities and corporate initiatives across the region
  • Ensure compliance with internal reporting and SOX requirements
