Job summary

A leading financial services company is seeking an experienced finance manager to lead financial planning and analysis. The role requires strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, and financial modeling. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience in finance management and excellent proficiency in financial systems. This is a remote position, allowing flexible working hours as required.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and profitability studies
• Manage cash flow planning, liquidity monitoring, and expense control
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Advise management on financial strategy, cost optimization, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders
• Review and optimize financial processes, controls, and procedures
• Support strategic projects and business decisions with data-driven insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or professional certification is a plus : CPA, CMA, ACCA)
• 7+ years of experience in finance management, consulting, or corporate finance
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial compliance frameworks
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and financial systems / ERP tools
• Strong analytical and advisory skills
• Fluent in English; strong communication and presentation abilities
