Your future role

You'll be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our Diesel locomotives by providing top-tier field support. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including maintenance, operations, and quality assurance), tackling technical challenges and ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery commitments, and much more.

We’ll look to you for :

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance procedures and outcomes,
• Providing technical support and guidance on maintenance operations for Diesel locomotives,
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards during field support activities,
• Collaborating with the Engineering Manager to plan and prioritize maintenance tasks,
• Diagnosing complex technical issues and proposing effective solutions,
• Liaising with clients to understand their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction,
• Preparing and presenting detailed reports on field activities and project progress,
• Training and mentoring junior staff in maintenance best practices and company standards,
• Managing spare parts inventory and ensuring the availability of necessary resources for maintenance tasks
