The Field Sales Engineer plays a crucial role in driving sales and providing technical expertise to clients in the Dammam region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical support and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  2. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing technical features and benefits.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with the engineering team to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
  5. Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations to clients in a timely manner.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Provide ongoing technical support and training to clients post-sale.
  8. Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential customers.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  10. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
