Job summary

A leading telecom firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Field Maintenance Operations Manager responsible for overseeing maintenance activities across telecom infrastructure including RAN, Core, and Transport networks. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of telecom operations experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. You will lead a team to ensure reliable network performance while adhering to safety and quality standards. The position also requires strong technical knowledge and excellent coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in telecom network operations or field maintenance, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations related to maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Coordinate with NOC, Engineering, and Vendor teams to resolve incidents.
• Ensure maintenance activities follow health, safety, and quality standards.
• Oversee inventory and spare parts logistics.
• Maintain documentation of field visits and maintenance activities.
• Lead and mentor regional maintenance teams.
• Analyze fault trends and develop preventive strategies.
• Support infrastructure upgrades and emergency response protocols.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of RAN, Core, and Transport systems

Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed field teams

Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills

Familiarity with work order management systems

Ability to work under pressure

Education
