Tasks

Provide a range of Beauty and Spa Treatments such as Body Massage, Lava Shells, Facials and the odd manicure, pedicure, wax, hammam.

• Carry out treatments with care and thoughtfulness and to high standards.
• Keep your treatment room exceptionally clean.
• Work well within a team environment.
• Welcoming guests ensuring they are relaxed and at ease.
• Carefully manage stock usage and minimise wastage.
• Ensuring smooth daily spa operation.
• Offer your expert homecare advice and recommendations.

Carefully manage stock usage and minimize wastage and IMAGE, working towards up-selling and meeting targets (brand training available).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a massage therapist.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Preferred strong knowledge of various massage techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional spa experience.
• Working hours: 6 days a week, 9 hours a day.
