The College of Computer and Cyber Sciences (C3S) at the University of Prince Mugrin (UPM) aims to pioneer computing education by graduating creative and competent professionals and conducting innovative multidisciplinary research in the state‑of‑the‑art fields of computer and cyber sciences to support the development of society. Located in the heart of Al‑Madinah Al‑Munawarah, C3S offers several cutting‑edge bachelor programs such as Bachelor of Cyber Security and Forensic Computing, Bachelor of Software Engineering, and Bachelor of Artificial Intelligence. All programs are open to both local and international students.

C3S at UPM seeks applicants with the rank of Lecturer, Assistant/Associate/Full Professor for the upcoming Academic Year.

  • The position requires a Master/PhD in Computer Science, Cyber Security and forensic computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Software Engineering or in a related field required or related degree from a highly ranked university.
  • Suitable experience in academia and industry.
  • Producing high‑quality, independent, and collaborative research.
  • Experience in supervising undergraduate/graduate students.
  • The ability to update/develop new programs/curriculum should the need arise.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal, written).
  • Familiarity with accreditation and quality assurance processes.
  • Major / Specializations (Enterprize Architecture and Digital Transformation - Software Design and Construction - Ethical hacking, Defense mechanisms, and Secure Network Design).

Successful candidates will be expected to teach courses at the undergraduate level, conduct research, supervise student work, and engage in academic scholarship and administrative work for the college and the community.
