Qualifications

• Six years minimum experience in plant engineering and maintenance.
• Two years supervising staff in a hospital facility required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs facility-related construction and maintenance.
• Selects, trains, and monitors staff performing facility-related duties.
• Coordinates remodeling, renovation and new construction projects.
• Reports on the operations and maintenance activities.

Skills

Knowledge in low and high pressure boilers

Knowledge in building and fire safety codes

Ability to plan and execute preventive maintenance programs

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Ability to read, interpret complex rules, regulations

Education
