A leading oil and gas company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support planning projects. The successful candidate will conduct feasibility studies, develop layouts, and collaborate with teams to ensure efficient facility planning. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in the oil and gas sector. Mastery of English and Arabic is essential.
Plays a key role in supporting industrial and community facility planning projects, including site master planning, infrastructure optimization, and capital project evaluation. Ensures that oil & gas production and supporting facilities are planned efficiently, safely, and in alignment with strategic business objectives.
Holds a high level of confidentiality and access to sensitive operational and planning information. Unauthorized disclosure could result in severe or catastrophic adverse effects on organizational operations, assets, or individuals.

3 to 5 years related experience, covering Facilities Engineering operations preferably in oil & gas sector organization.
Master planning, infrastructure engineering, project economics, and risk assessment.
Academic background includes a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
