Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Engineering Equipment Maintenance Management: Be responsible for the maintenance management of regional engineering equipment, monitor and improve the quality and efficiency of regional maintenance work, and ensure the achievement of timeliness, quality and cost goals.
  2. Maintenance Processes & Standards: Establish and improve maintenance processes and operational standards for engineering equipment, including daily operation, repair, maintenance, inspection management, etc., to support business operations.
  3. Maintenance Supplier Management: Develop a supplier maintenance management mechanism, including supplier bidding, assessment, incentive, allocation, elimination and other related work.
  4. Abnormal Response: Responsible for processing engineering equipment work orders during store operations, tracking the progress, quality and cost of work orders. Proficient in professional skills such as water supply and drainage, electrical engineering, refrigeration, etc. Formulate emergency response plans and lead relevant personnel to quickly resolve sudden equipment failures.
  5. Energy Consumption Management: Manage the energy consumption of engineering equipment in regional stores, propose energy‑saving management measures, and implement the store's energy conservation and consumption reduction goals.
Skills
  1. Bachelor's Degree or above; major in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering is preferred, with a valid electrician certificate.
  2. More than 5 years of experience in engineering equipment maintenance in retail, cold chain, refrigeration equipment or related industries, with experience in maintenance personnel management.
  3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with different departments and relevant parties.
  4. Proactive and rigorous work attitude, strong execution ability, and a strong sense of goal achievement.
  5. Strong learning and collaboration abilities, rigorous thinking, quick adaptability to new things, and the ability to quickly understand industry characteristics in a short period of time.
