Job summary

A leading hospitality group is seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Supervisor to join their team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead and supervise daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a guest-oriented mindset, and relevant experience in F&B operations, along with a degree in Hospitality Management. This position requires proficiency in English and knowledge of Arabic is preferred.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team in the historic city of AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while overseeing the daily operations of our outlets.

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of food and beverage outlets to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards
• Manage and motivate the F&B team, including scheduling, training, and performance support to achieve service excellence
• Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Implement and maintain quality control measures for food and beverage service
• Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
• Promote and maintain awareness of the unique cultural and tourism aspects of AlUla in guest interactions
• Participate in special events and promotions to enhance the overall guest experience
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and local regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Guest-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Proficiency in managing team performance and handling high-pressure situations
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service standards and hygiene regulations
• Experience with inventory management systems and basic financial reporting
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Familiarity with local cuisine and cultural sensitivities is highly desirable
• Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
