Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Specialty Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of their Food & Beverage outlet. This role involves managing a team to provide top-quality service, conducting training, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a degree and at least two years of relevant experience in the Middle East, alongside strong communication skills and a solid background in food & beverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East.
• Computer literate with effective communication skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the respective outlet operations for customer satisfaction.
• Prepare schedules for employees according to forecast.
• Conduct regular training sessions with team members.
• Evaluate team performance and promote internal development.
• Ensure timely setup of the Food & Beverage outlet.
• Handle guest welcome and seating.
• Maintain relationships with outlet patrons.
• Tour the outlet to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Be involved in the outlet's promotional activities.
